We are a social Pétanque Group (perhaps more familiarly known as 'Boules' in England) who are not overly competitive and provide a friendly introduction for beginners. Everyone gets a game!

Pétanque is a healthy outdoor sport and sociable pastime played by all ages. It is simple to learn, fun to play and does not require any level of fitness. We welcome beginners and can provide all the playing equipment needed. No special clothing or footwear is required, just what is comfortable for an hour or two’s gentle exercise.

We play at our new terrain at the Gaudet Luce Golf Club – next to the Club House. Note that Pétanque 3 is active throughout the year – weather permitting. If the weather conditions are poor then we retire to the Club House and take a view. Members of Group 3 can play on a Tuesday and/or Wednesday afternoon’
